April’s figures of  1,124 units  (excluding ECs) saw a very sharp upward spike of +83% month on month over March’s 613 units as there were good take-up rates from new launches (NorthPark Residences and Botanique @ Bartley) as well as sales from existing projects.

This is the 4th straight month of increase and a record high for 2015 which augers well for the entire Primary Market.

Such numbers were last seen almost 12 months ago and it is uplifting news for the market.

Highest psf achieved was Corals at Keppel Bay with 3 units sold in April with the highest psf transacted at $2,960 psf, followed by 1 unit sold at V on Shenton with the highest psf at $2,636 psf and thirdly, Cluny Park Residence with 1 unit sold at $2,620 psf.

Robin Residences with 5 units sold at a median price of $2,434 psf.

RV Residences with 5 units sold at a median price of $2,028 psf

The Orient with 3 units sold at a median price of $2,021 psf.

8) Citygate with 17 units sold at a median price of $1,880 (28 units in Mar)
