In January and February, 390 and 376 new launch condos were sold respectively. In March, New launch home sales increased with 613 new launch condos sold. This represents almost 60 per cent more units compared to February. Figures exclude executive condominiums units.

 New launch private homes in the suburban remained the most sought with buyers, taking 63.8 of total sales in March. 2nd place was followed by city fringe taking 32.1% and city absorbing 4.1%.

In terms of dollars and cents on project median prices, Outside Central Region units in March are on average 22% lower than Rest of Central Region units and 43% lower than Core Central Region units.
